Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request Before Shipping

Customers can request an order cancellation before shipping by writing to info@pavimentilegnoisaia.com. The request must include the order number, name, email used for the purchase, and a clear cancellation request.

Cancellation Not Guaranteed

Cancellation before shipping is not guaranteed. If the order is already in advanced preparation, packaging, logistical processing, or handed over to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.

After Shipping

After shipping, the order cannot be canceled. The customer must await delivery and, if applicable, follow the return procedure.

Effect of Request

Submitting a request does not mean the order has already been canceled. Cancellation is only valid after confirmation from customer service.

Refund for Approved Cancellation

If the cancellation is approved and payment has already been charged, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may also depend on the circuit or card issuer.
